After the start, you will not be allowed to go to the car to pick up a blouse/blanket, repellent, etc... Therefore, get ready beforehand.
Utensils
Bring a plastic bottle (not noisy) to drink water, we won't have more mugs (we had guidelines). Disposable cups will be used for socializing at the end.
Pipe/Snuff
Pipe will be released after the second dose and, outside the hall, using our smoke. When it's a pipe wheel, we'll let you know in advance, or if it's necessary to use a pipe, we'll let you know at the beginning of the session. Snuff can only use ours, without self-application.
Instruments
Visitors can dance, however, without playing the Maracá, or any other instrument. Those from the House will only be able to play instruments after the second dose with the authorization of the directors. Instruments are sacred...and we treat them as such.
What to take in the ritual
Always bring some food for us to share together after the ritual. Fruits, juices, cakes, pies and cookies are very welcome. Preference for vegetarian and homemade foods. Also, don't forget to wear a good cold sweater: as we are in a place, the temperature goes down well at night, so bring a sweater!!! If you're staying overnight, bring a mat and blanket. Do not bring an inflatable mattress or foam mattress, just a mat. Ah!!, and in the heat, insect repellent.
Smokers/Alcoholic Drinks
It is strictly forbidden to smoke/drink alcoholic beverages inside and outside the site. From the moment of arrival, the workers of Nossa Casa will be there to welcome you and lead you to the reception of our Space. If the person forgets that he is coming for a spiritual work, as well as this rule of NO SMOKING and drinking ALCOHOLIC DRINKS even outside the Institute, he will be remembered by our helpers who will invite you to leave your visit for a next job.
During the Ceremony
It will be necessary to leave beeps and cell phones turned off... It is not allowed to record, film or photograph the sessions.
You don't talk or touch the other participants in order to respect each other's process; It is also important to try to remain seated and calm, without moving so as not to disturb the concentration of others.
If you need, you can call the manager or one of the assistants to assist you; It is recommended to keep your back straight, at least during the first hour of the ritual, so that you feel more comfortable and enjoy the experience better;
During the session, try to keep your breathing calm, your body relaxed, your eyes closed and your thoughts directed to the Superior, trying to concentrate on the instructions, songs and calls made during the session.
Prohibited: It is forbidden to carry any kind of weapons and drugs. It will be disconnected from our house, if these facts occur!!!
RESTRICTIONS TO CONSECRATE AYAHUASCA:
Minors can only participate with the authorization of their parents or guardians with notarized signature.
People who use selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or monoaminoxity inhibitors (MAOI) type antidepressants such as fluoxetine, citalopram, paroxetine, sertraline or tranylcypromine (generic names) should not participate in the session, as this could pose a risk to their health . In this case, they should not stop the medication, but contact their doctor to change the medication for an antidepressant of another category.
People with a history of psychotic episode, previous psychiatric hospitalization or who are taking other medications, such as anorectics (weight loss medicine) should contact us beforehand for clarification.
People who have used alcohol on the day of the session or drugs approximately 3 days before the session cannot participate in the session.
mediumistic incorporation
We respect all religions that practice psychophony (mediumistic incorporation), in our Institute this manifestation is prohibited.
Exit during the ritual
When a person comes to participate in our rituals, he fills in a form containing the Institute's rules for Ayahuasca rituals and signs it, giving us full powers to prohibit him from withdrawing from the work before its completion. All this for your safety as well as the safety of others. A work with expanded consciousness requires a lot of seriousness and it would be too irresponsible to allow a person who has taken Ayahuasca to be, soon after, given over to driving a vehicle. Thus, it is expressly forbidden for the participant to leave a ritual with Ayahuasca before the end of it. So, always find out about the time when work ends.
