MA'HEO'O combines the Reiki teachings with the Cheyene Nation's Shamanic procedures. It focuses on restoring the balance between all the natural elements within our bodies with Géa – Mother Earth – and the Great Spirit. By restoring this lost balance with Mother Earth and Great Spirit we become clearer to see, with our balanced energies grounded in Mother Earth and centered channels through which energy can flow more strongly. Following the teachings of the Shamanic or Medicinal Wheel, each Earth element (Fire, Earth, Water and Air) is associated with a color, an Earth season, a Personal characteristic and a time of day.
MA´HEO´O works with 6 symbols. The first 4 represent the elements and enable the connection with the energy of GÉA – mother earth. Combined and activated by the Great Spirit, it becomes a very powerful system that allows for great ability to channel energy, the use of colors and lights for HEALING, and the grounding of Higher Intelligence, which promotes calm, peace and relaxation. This system combines the subtlety of Reiki with the power of the Earth's elements. MA´HEO´O will take you in contact with your Totems, to know your sacred name, your power animal and to balance your body with the 5 elements of the Earth.
